Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Uzone Technologies, refunds are not applicable under the following conditions:

  • A special package has been selected.
  • The initial design concept has been approved.
  • Revisions have been requested.
  • Cancellation is for reasons unrelated to the company's service.
  • There has been no communication with the company for over two weeks.
  • Any of the company’s policies have been violated.
  • A different company or designer has been contacted for the same project.
  • The creative brief provided lacks sufficient information.
  • complete redesign is requested.
  • The refund request is outside the designated refund period.
  • The business is either closing, changing its name, or undergoing significant restructuring.
  • Situations such as “change of mind,” “partner disagreement,” or similar personal reasons will not qualify for refunds.

If a client subscribes to a service bundle and is dissatisfied with a particular service, the refund will only apply to that specific service, not the entire package. Refunds are not available after 7 days from the date of purchase. Services such as Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are non-refundable under any circumstances. Additionally, website refunds will not be processed once the design has been approved and development has begun.


Note: Uzone Technologies reserves the right to reject any project or terminate any contract when deemed necessary. After issuing a refund, clients forfeit the right to use any designs, which will remain the property of Uzone Technologies.


Orders can be canceled within 7 days of purchase for eligible reasons only. Eligible reasons exclude changes of mind, partner disagreements, or similar issues. If an order is canceled within 24 hours, 15% of the invoice amount will be retained as a cancellation charge. After 24 hours, this increases to 25%. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@uzonetechnologies.us.


All communication between Uzone Technologies and the client must be documented through the registered email address provided by the client. For order delivery, Uzone Technologies will attempt to contact the client through the provided email at least three times. If no response is received after three attempts and seven consecutive business days have passed since delivery, the project will be considered accepted, and refunds will no longer be available. If the client remains unresponsive for 10 consecutive days, the money-back guarantee is void.


Payments made via Visa, MasterCard, and Amex are processed by our banking merchant services. Uzone Technologies does not store customer card details. For recurring billing, card information is stored with the merchant service provider. We also accept payments by cheque or bank transfer. PayPal and Discover Card payments are processed via PayPal.


All prices listed on our website are exclusive of applicable taxes.

How can I qualify for a refund?

If the initial design concepts do not meet the brief, clients may request a refund within 24 hours of delivery. Once revisions are requested, the money-back guarantee no longer applies.

Refund Timeframe

Refunds may take up to 21 business days to process. Our full refund policy is outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

Does the Money-Back Guarantee apply to all packages?

The money-back guarantee applies only to design packages. Once a design is approved and further revisions are requested, the guarantee becomes void. However, Uzone Technologies ensures client satisfaction by continuing to work on revisions until the client is satisfied

Why does Uzone Technologies offer a Money-Back Guarantee?

We are confident in the quality of our work, which is why we offer a money-back guarantee. Unfortunately, some customers attempt to exploit this policy by ordering from multiple providers and requesting refunds from all. This unethical practice undermines the work and effort of designers. Uzone Technologies prefers not to work with such clients.

Design work is subjective. Without client feedback, achieving the desired result on the first attempt is unlikely. We rely on client input to guide revisions and produce designs that meet expectations.

Exclusions from the Money-Back Guarantee

The money-back guarantee does not apply to:

  • Content writing
  • SEO services
  • Marketing support services
  • Telephone services
  • Domain and hosting services

The money-back guarantee also does not apply to design agencies or studios working on behalf of their clients.


Note: Customers requesting a refund cannot use the initial design concepts. Uzone Technologies retains ownership of all designs until full payment is made.
